Lowfat Crab Imperial

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup lowfat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain, lowfat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. Sting Ray® Bloody Mary Mixer
  • 1 lb. crabmeat
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Paprika
  • Lemon wedges
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together egg, mayonnaise, yogurt and Sting Ray®. Fold crabmeat into mixture. Spoon into clean crab shells or ramekins. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
